La realizzazione è molto realistica, esteticamente sono precise e ricche di dettagli,
mentre internamente sono un po'approssimative, ma complessivamente sono ottime riproduzioni.

Rispetto alla versione standard (non promozionale) sono stati montati cerchioni più realistici ed il tergicristallo posteriore. La Fiat Croma Promo è stata realizzata in due variante di colore grigio, molto più difficile da trovare la versione in grigio scuro.
